How do I personalise a book?
Choose a book and tap Personalise. Tell us who it is for, the story or memories you would like, add a few photos and submit. We save your request and give you an order reference, then you continue with us on WhatsApp to finalise everything.
Do I pay on the website?
No. There is no online payment on this website. We confirm the price, delivery and how to pay with you on WhatsApp before anything is made.
What happens after I submit my request?
Your details and photos are saved securely and you get an order reference straight away. WhatsApp opens with a message containing your reference — just press send to start the conversation. If you do not send it, your request is still saved and our team can reach you using the contact method you chose.
Story & Photo RequirementsWhat to share so we can create the best book.
What kind of photos should I upload?
Clear, well-lit photos where faces are easy to see work best — a mix of close-ups and full-length photos is ideal for illustrations. You can upload JPEG, PNG or WebP images; the upload box shows the size and number limits.
Can I request a custom theme or story?
Yes. Choose Custom theme in the form and describe your idea, or tell us more in the special instructions. We will talk it through with you on WhatsApp.

What is the quality of the books?
Each product page lists the format, size, page count and finish we offer for that book. If you would like a detail that is not listed, ask us on WhatsApp before you confirm.

How long does delivery take?
It depends on the book and where it is going. We confirm an estimated timeline with you on WhatsApp before you approve your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Message us on WhatsApp with your location and we will let you know what is possible.

Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes. You will see a preview of your book and can request changes before anything is printed.
Can I change my details after submitting?
Of course — message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and tell us what you would like to change.

Privacy & PhotosHow your details and photos are handled.
What do you do with my photos?
Your photos are stored privately and used only to create your book. They are never shown in public galleries, and we delete them once your order is complete. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Will my story be shared publicly?
Only if you give us separate, explicit permission. Submitting an order never gives us permission to publish your photos, story, name or review.
